Desiccated Coconut Powder

Desiccated coconut is produced from matured and fresh coconuts. Currently, we manufacture the DCP using conventional technology. DCP is obtained by hot-air (75-80°C) drying the shredded coconut kernel after the removal of brown testa.
The aroma and natural flavour of the coconut remains in its flesh without the use of any preservatives / additives. Desiccated Coconut powder is packed in 1kg pouch, 25 kg and 50 kg bags as well. These items are air-tightly packed in multi-ply kraft paper bags with inner sealed polyliner or outer polywoven bags if requested by the customer. Our desiccated coconut powder is mostly used for cooking and baking purposes.

We never compromise on the quality

Though the word quality sounds qualitative in nature, we have adopted quantitative parameters such as processable varieties of horticultural crops developed by The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) institutes such as Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE). Variants such as Kalpa Chandra and Chandrakalps varieties with specified oil and lauric acid contents are a few quantitative parameters that goes into our raw material selection.
All our suppliers are dependable and trustworthy because of the long-standing and win-win association we had with our supply chain constituents. Our Nutritional labelling with food safety evaluations and shelf-life studies shall be certified by required statutory external agencies.
